THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE. THIS AGREEMENT IS ACCEPTED BY YOUR ACCESSING AND/OR USE OF THE WEB SITE. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE WEB SITE OR ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT IF YOU ARE NOT OF 18 YEARS OLD. BY ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE WEB SITE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THE AGREEMENT AND TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. Accounts
In order to use certain features of the Web site (e.g., purchasing products), you must register for an account with Anti-AgingStore.com and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of Anti-AgingStore.com does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement. 



You are responsible for maintaining your login information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your Anti-AgingStore.com account. You agree to immediately notify Anti-AgingStore.com of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your Anti-AgingStore.com account. Anti-AgingStore.com is not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements. We will protect your Anti-AgingStore.com account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 



Terms of Sale

All terms of sale are subject to United States and United Kingdom law, and any law or regulation expressed by such supersedes any clause expressed herein. 

All products listed on Anti-AgingStore.com are subject to change. Anti-AgingStore.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information we reserve the right to not honor the incorrect price and cancel any orders placed for such products.

For any product you order onAnti-AgingStore.com, you agree to pay the price for the product as of the time you submitted your order. You also agree to pay any sales tax, shipping & handling, and any other applicable fees associated with the product. 



Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not indicate our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting your order. Your order is not accepted until it is all products within the order have been shipped. If your order is not accepted and you have been charged for the order a refund will be processed for the full amount of the payment. 


All sales once accepted are final.



ONLY ONE PROMOTIONAL OFFER PER ORDER AND CUSTOMER - PROMOTIONAL OFFERS CANNOT BE COMBINED OR TRANSFERED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED. Discounts do not apply to gift cards or certificates, shipping and handling, or taxes. Discount will appear upon checkout and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems. 



Return Policy

All sales are final. If an order is accepted and the order is shipped, then the sale is final and no returns will be accepted. We do not except any product exchanges. If the product arrives damaged or not substantially as described on the product information page then Anti-AgingStore.com will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Instructions below. Provided that Anti-AgingStore.com confirms that your product was damaged and was returned in accordance with the Return Instructions below we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged for the product minus shipping & handling. The customer is responsible for any return shipping & handling charges. 



Return Instructions

If you receive a damaged product please first contact Customer Service at 1-866-896-0473 within 14 days of your order's ship-date to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We will not process or refund packages without an RMA# number or marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused." All returns must display the RMA# on the outside of the returned package and returned items must be received at the warehouse within 30 days of your order's original ship-date. If a package is returned to Anti-AgingStore.com as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or Anti-AgingStore.com) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product. 



No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled and may be returned only if in compliance with the return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured carrier for returning packages with a tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost packages. 

Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. If payment was made by a check or money order a refund check will be issued and mailed to customer's billing address unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-15 business days for refund processing.
