Apply Intensive Bust Compound morning or night after a bath or shower. Cover the breasts, upper chest to the neckline and beginning of the shoulders, as well as the inner arms, working in sweeping circular stokes.

Use as a one-month intensive program, every month morning and night (after a period of breastfeeding, dieting etc.), or once a day for maintenance.

For best results, exfoliate with Energizing Foaming Exfoliant once a week.
