Return Instructions- 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

  1. Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.
  2. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). For your convenience, you may e-mail us at service@Anti-AgingStore.com, or contact us via phone by calling us at 866-896-0473, 24 hours- 7 days a week.
  3. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
  4. Write your RMA# on the outside of the package. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment and ship to the corresponding country address below.

We cannot process or refund packages marked Return to Sender. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for paying the for return shipment charges. Returned products are subject to inspection by Anti-AgingStore.com staff. All parts, pieces, promotional material and original packaging must be returned. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any shipment. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you use a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Returns can take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
