Directions Thoroughly cleanse face with warm water only (no soaps or cleansers). Apply evenly over face and neck with fingertips, avoiding eyes and lips. Lay back, relax and de-stress. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Lay back & relax to experience the calming & destressing aromatherapy oils. Rinse with water. Pat dry. Use weekly.
