  I tried to rip the top of the packet open with difficulty until I saw a little perforated section asking me to tear in a circular direction to open. Ok that'll teach me for not reading the packet properly. I did manage to tear the packet open where it asked me but I couldn't complete the tear and my hands were slippery by this time from the bath water. I found this made the mask awkward to remove from the packet and I got into slightly more mess than intended or probably needed.
  The mask itself needs to be applied to a wet face. It comes out of the packet in a thick consistency the colour of a light tan piece of fudge. The smell that comes from the mask is utterly divine and is spot on to match a piece of vanilla fudge.
  As I applied it to my face the warming sensation hit me straight away. It wasn't too hot however and didn't carry on heating as I applied the rest. I found that the only time the mask warmed on my skin was when I put some of it onto fresh skin.
  
  Settling back in the bath I was determined to keep this mask on for the full 15 minutes to get maximum effect. It's designed to deeply open pores and cleanses, and is for normal, greasy and t-zone skin. The aromas that wafted up my nose intermittently were gorgeous and made me want to eat something sweet.
  The mask didn't continue to heat but I had a pleasant sensation on my skin for the full time I left it on.
  I also didn't look as bad as the photo on the packet I was pleased to confirm when I looked in the mirror after applying it to make sure I had evenly applied.
  It needed washing off with warm water and I found this fairly easy to do, but it's worth making sure you get every last bit off as it wouldn't be very nice left on there.
