If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply follow the instructions below and return the products (even if empty), within 35 days from the date your order shipped to receive a refund.
If you would like to return your order for a refund, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-779-0444 within 30 days of your order's ship-date to obtain your Return Authorization number (RA). We will not process or refund packages without an RA number or marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused." All returns must display the RA# on the outside of the returned package and returned items must be received at the warehouse within 35 days of your order's original ship-date. If a package is returned to Anti-Aging Store as undeliverable for any reason (except where by fault of the shipping carrier or Anti-Aging Store) the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the product.
This guarantee does not apply to Health and Beauty Club trial offers. To cancel a trial offer you must follow the terms and conditions of the particular trial you signed up for. No refund will be issued, regardless of receipt, on any unauthorized return. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled and may be returned only if in compliance with the return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, your refund will be less $4.95. We recommend using an insured carrier for returning packages with a tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost packages.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. If payment was made by a check or money order a refund check will be issued and mailed to customer's billing address unless otherwise specified. Please allow 10-15 business days for refund processing.
