Can you ship my order internationally?
Yes. We do discounted shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK. All other countries receive shipping at only $24.95 via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Can you ship to my P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and etc. address?
Yes, if you have trouble filling out your address on our online store please feel free to contact us.

What forms of payment do your accept?

Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, please be sure to fill out your order form correctly when placing your order on our online store. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address because of customer error.

Please give us a call or an email and ask us about the item you are interested in. If it is one of our discontinued products we may be able to still offer it to you. Most in stock orders ship out within 24-48 hours.

Pricing Errors 
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error after an order has been placed for that item, we will: cancel the order, notify the customer & then refund that customer in full. Mispricings will not be honored.

How can I check the status of my order?

Does shipping time include weekends?
Shipping estimates do not include weekends, and we do not ship products out over the weekends.

What is the average ETA for most backorders?
