Riboflavin

Riboflavin is a precursor for coenzymes that can be found in cheese, eggs, milk, lean meat, and many types of green leafy vegetables. It works with many B vitamins to aid in body growth and production of red blood cells. This vitamin is very essential during pregnancy, as it helps the absorption of iron and Vitamin B6, and improves fetal development. Riboflavin also helps heal blemishes, lip cracks and sores.
